For Property Management
RIGHT CLIENT. RIGHT ACTION.

The right after-hours response, without exceeding what a client actually authorized.

A management company handling multiple properties has to know exactly how much authority an agent has on a given account before a page ever goes out. Some owners delegate dispatch decisions. Others never do. Getting that backwards either delays a genuine emergency or dispatches a vendor nobody approved.

Same question, two Active Profiles

Emergency Dispatch: the same call, two correct answers.

A tenant calls at 11pm reporting no heat in their unit; it's 38°F outside tonight.

Active Profile: Lockwood Management — Property Management
ALLOW
No-heat-in-cold-weather is a defined must-act-tonight emergency category on this property's Client Profile. The agent is allowed to directly dispatch the property's approved on-call HVAC vendor: capture the unit number and a callback number, document the dispatch in the maintenance log, and disclose the expected response window.

Active Profile: GreenPark Properties — Property Management
TRANSFER / ESCALATE
GreenPark never authorizes an agent to dispatch a vendor directly, for anything, at any severity. Every after-hours emergency gets escalated to a live on-call property manager by warm transfer or page. The agent's job is only to capture full details and get a human on the line, with a specific holding line while the page goes out, never silence.

What this shows

This is a hard authorization split, not just a scheduling-window difference. One client fully delegates the emergency-dispatch decision to the agent. The other never does, regardless of how severe the situation objectively is. Same shape, opposite answer, and the agent doesn't have to remember which property is which.

This example is illustrative. The companies are not real and the rules are not verified against how property management operations actually run today, though the shape, one engine, two Client Profiles, two correct answers, is the same shape the product already proves.

See what a pilot looks like for property management.

A founding pilot runs on your real rules and your real calls, not a generic example. Pilot agents are billed at $69 per agent per month for a live pilot of up to 90 days, with a 10-seat minimum ($690 per month). The standard $2,500 Client Profile implementation fee is waived for accepted founding pilot partners, and results are reported plainly either way.
