A centralized scheduling or triage team may support several practices with different same-day protocols, symptom lists, and escalation thresholds. Agent First doesn't make the medical judgment. It keeps staff inside whichever practice's pre-approved checklist actually applies to the call in front of them.
A patient calls asking for a same-day sick visit and briefly describes what's going on.
Riverside's agent isn't making a clinical judgment. They're matching what the caller describes to a category the practice has already pre-identified as safe to book directly. Sunridge simply draws that list at zero: every same-day sick-visit request goes to a human triage step first, no exceptions. Same request, two different, and both correct for that practice, resolutions.
This example is illustrative. The companies are not real and the rules are not verified against how healthcare operations actually run today, though the shape, one engine, two Client Profiles, two correct answers, is the same decision pattern Agent First is designed to support.
Every Agent First decision resolves to one of a small set of plain outcomes, whatever the industry. See the full decision vocabulary on the How It Works page →
A founding pilot runs on your real rules and your real calls, not a generic example. Pilot agents are billed at $69 per agent per month for a live pilot of up to 90 days, with a 10-seat minimum ($690 per month). The standard $2,500 Client Profile implementation fee is waived for accepted founding pilot partners, and results are reported plainly either way.
